A large number of variously priced hotel rooms have been provisionally reserved for the conference in Santorini. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation of the “preferred hotels” .

Hotel Reservation
Please complete the appropriate section of the Accommodation Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Accommodation Form has been received including the deposit of one overnight, type of room preferred, and the dates required.
The above Accommodation Form should be sent along with the deposit required to Sbokos tours s.a, Heraklion-Crete, Greece, as soon as possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the participants stating the amount of money that have been deposited, as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay.

The final payment should be made 15 days before the conference.
